Overseeing the General Office, the Scientific Research and Development Planning Office, the Teaching Quality Monitoring and Evaluation Center, the Educational Technology Center, the Library, the Industry Research and Industry-Education Integration Development Center, the International Exchange Office and the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Affairs Office, and the School of Engineering.
