International College

Guangdong Baiyun University adheres to the spirit of "Daring to be the First and Pursuing Excellence", adheres to international education concepts, and creates international professional characteristics, aiming to cultivate applied technical talents with cross-cultural abilities. The university has collaborated with more than 20 universities in 9 countries (the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Thailand) to organize over 40 joint training programs with mutual credit recognition.

The International College currently offers two joint bachelor's degree programs for students, including the Business Administration program at the University of Middlesex in the UK and the Computer Science and Technology program at the Australian Institute of Business and Management.

The Dual Bachelor's degree joint training program is based on the "Credit Mutual Recognition Joint Training Agreement" signed between our university and overseas cooperative institutions. Students participating in the international cooperative program receive credit recognition from foreign institutions for the credits and courses they study in China. Students who successfully complete the prescribed courses of both universities can obtain academic qualifications and degrees from both domestic and foreign universities. In addition, through application, some professional students can also obtain professional qualifications certified by domestic and foreign industries. If students are willing, they can continue their master's or doctoral studies.

The joint training program is conducted in accordance with the talent training plan jointly formulated by the cooperating universities of both parties. The curriculum is fully aligned with the foreign cooperating universities, and teachers with overseas education or work experience and bilingual teaching ability are hired. The "Student-Centered" teaching method is implemented using internationally recognized textbooks and teaching materials, providing high-quality teaching services.

The International College has established a Language Center and an International Education Center. The Language Center is responsible for managing English teaching and the British Graduate Academic English Examination Center, providing high-quality services for students in English teaching, training, and exams. The International Education Center is responsible for developing and managing Sino foreign joint training programs, providing students with characteristic professional information from foreign cooperative universities. At the same time, the International College also provides students with various services, including project information, overseas consultation, visa application, full process academic and learning consultation services during the study abroad period, and assistance in determining overseas academic qualifications and degrees after returning to China. Over the past 10 years, the college has trained more than 1000 graduates studying abroad, of which more than 100 students have obtained master's degrees or above from overseas universities.
