The College of Accounting actively explores the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) talent cultivation model. In sync with technological advancements, it has devised a distinctive talent development program that blends AI technology with international concepts. This comprehensive approach strives to cultivate exceptional practical undergraduate talents in finance and accounting, thereby advancing local economic and social progress.

The College of Accounting has assembled a top-notch teaching team, adopting a "one body, two wings" structure. This team consists of full-time teachers as the core, supported by part-time and specially-appointed enterprise instructors. Currently, the College of Accounting employs 86 full-time teachers, including 6 professors, 21 associate professors, 4 individuals with doctoral degrees, 3 provincial excellent teachers, and 1 provincial teaching expert.

The College of Accounting prioritizes practical teaching and the establishment of internship bases. It has set up over 280 external internship locations, offering an outstanding environment for student internships, research, and prospective employment opportunities.

Adhering to the principles of "external recruitment and internal cultivation" combined with a mix of full-time and part-time staff, the College of Accounting has fortified its teaching faculty. It currently has a team of professional educators with a balanced age, educational background, and professional title distribution. More specifically, the College of Accounting has 67 professional teachers, including 4 professors, 20 associate professors, which comprise 36% of the total faculty. Additionally, 2 teachers hold doctoral degrees, while 61 possess master's degrees, accounting for 94% of the teaching staff. The college also showcases 1 esteemed educator from Nan Yue Education and 10 successful young and mid-career teachers. Moreover, the College of Accounting has engaged proficient industry professionals and managers to teach specialized courses, with 30 highly skilled enterprise-appointed instructors enriching the curriculum.
