The Internet of Things Engineering (Huawei HarmonyOS Innovation Class) is a distinctive specialty created by introducing the world's leading ICT (Information and Communication) infrastructure and intelligent terminal provider, Huawei HarmonyOS course resources and equipment, and deeply integrating industry and education with enterprises. Cultivation objectives
This major is mainly aimed at the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, cultivating comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor skills, with patriotism, healthy personality, international perspective, craftsmanship spirit, and innovation ability. It masters the basic theory and professional skills, development ability, and practical application ability of Hongmeng, in order to cope with the rapid development of intelligent devices and the Internet of Things field. It has certain abilities in IoT application system development, testing, operation and management, as well as good comprehensive qualities. It systematically studies the API, development tools, and application development process of Hongmeng system, is familiar with commonly used development frameworks, and can independently design, develop, test, and release Hongmeng applications. Teaching conditions
At present, the school is building a Hongmeng laboratory, and has an IoT mobile Internet comprehensive laboratory, with a total area of about 110 square meters. It is equipped with a large number of teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment related to IoT and computer technology, such as Hongmeng experiment box, IoT development and application experiment box, IoT comprehensive experiment box, RFID experiment box, mobile Internet experiment box, mobile Internet development platform, smart home training and development platform, etc. At present, three student internship bases have been established in the major, and good cooperative relationships have been established with multiple Huawei ecological chain related enterprises, providing rich practical teaching resources for production internships and graduation internships.
